This policy applies to the internal email reporting tool operated by Amalia Trading Routes (“we”, “us”) and to this website, amaliatradingroutes.ltd.

What the tool does

The tool reads only our own emails, from our own mailbox, with the access we grant it, in order to produce internal reports for our team. It is not offered to the public and does not access anyone else’s account.

What we do with the data

• Email content is used only to generate internal reports.
• We do not sell, rent, or share email data with third parties.
• We do not use email data for advertising or to train AI models.
• Reports are shared only within Amalia Trading Routes.

Retention and access

We keep email-derived data only as long as needed for our internal reporting. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page, and the tool will stop reading email immediately.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or forms, and does not collect personal data from visitors.
